There is no technical support by telephone. Most questions are answered in our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), Manual, and the Tutorials and Tips on our Wiki.
If you still need help, expert assistance is available on our User List. To post a question, register, confirm your registration then log in. Click "New Topic" top left, then submit your message. Languages are available for English and Chinese.
To give us feedback that does not require a personal response, please e-mail us in English or Chinese. Please tell us your experiences of the Drcom-Client program, documentation or web site. We particularly welcome reports of possible program bugs and requests for new Drcom-Client features.

When reporting a problem or apparent bug to the Tickets, please include full details of what you are trying to do. If there is a crash or error message, please state what you did that led up to this, and what exactly any error message said. For more information, see Bug Report.
